today: run 8 on 1/2 trail 1/2 road. overcast early, about a 3 minute cloudburst followed by humidity. tired legs, have work to do.

yesterday: run 4.5 on dirt trails. hot. easy pace.

today: run 3.5 on dirt trails. hot. dusty. easy pace w/ 2 minute pickup in mile 3 just for fun.

have already lost fitness from mid-summer, just happy to be out there.

run 7.5 miles, part trail, part road. hot again.

late dusk run. 4.5 miles trails and grass around lake. a bunch of deer feeding in the floodplain with a sunset backdrop over walnut creek.

run 5.5 this morning @ 6:10 a.m. streets around eureka. a bit less hot, a bit less humid. tomorrow looks simply amazing.

run 3.5 on dirt trails in the hot midday sun. thank god for the ability to get out in the woods. even for the black flies.

run 7.5 1/2 trail, 1/2 road. humid, all too humid. (nietzsche joke)
