another march day. 50 degrees, windy, overcast. did a get a run in after a busy couple of days. about 6 miles on paved trail and road. threw in 6 or 7 surges of 1:15 to 1:30 each. Felt good to get out.
in news about faster people: usain bolt narrowly held off asafa powell in the diamond league 100m. no idea if he's clean or not, my guess would be no, but still love watching bolt run. relatively slow start to his season here, though.
