had a slight chest cold the last few days, decided to run today anyway. felt sluggish, but not totally awful. 10.5 miles or so at a comfortable pace on roads. a welcomed cooling rain for the last 45 minutes. put the miles in and am happy about that.
mug of coffee, watching barca/man u. 2-1 barca at the moment. rooney and messi have each scored. just brilliant players, both.
